PILF Committees

This year, PILF is seeking help in the following committees in order to get some exciting projects off the ground. If you are interested in helping, please contact us.

HomeBoy

This committee will be looking to team up with HomeBoy Industries to provide seminars to help young people redirect their lives and educate them on their legal rights. We are looking for this committee to take a form similar to GRAP: there would be a training session and then the group would go out once or twice a month.
o 2Ls and 3Ls: We are hoping to get this approved to count towards your Pro Bono hours requirement. Stay tuned.

Mock Interview

This is an opportunity to have a mock interview with upper classmates who have been through the legal interview process and have valuable information to share with you. If you would like to refine your interviewing skills and get some feedback please sign up for this committee.

Wit of Mandamus

This committee will be teaming up with DSBA to organize and revive our “law school talent show”!

  • PILF Auction 2009 a Huge Success!

Thank you for attending our annual Auction and making it a huge success!

Each fall, PILF and Loyola Law School host an annual auction night, which is the primary social event at Loyola during the fall semester. Money is raised through ticket sales and through winning bids on the many silent auction items available. Past auctions have included trips and bar preparation courses, among numerous other items.

This year, the auction was better than ever. Thanks for your support -- we could not have done it without you!
